MILES Mobility

Challenge
To support the launch in three additional cities it was required to attract attention within the selected target group to establish the company successfully in the local market.

Implementation
In combination with the Germany-wide out of home marketing campaign by MILES Mobility, a synergistic online marketing campaign was planned and implemented. For this we produced a three-part brand movie and three commercials for the company's core USPs.

Recruiting & Image

Challenge
For the recruitment of employees, a strategy had to be found to increase the number and quality of applicants, as well as to make the online presence appealing to potential customers.

Implementation
By analyzing the desired employee-persona in demographic and psychographic terms, a synergistic online marketing campaign was planned and implemented.
For this we produced two recruiting videos for the corresponding staff persona (top), an image video (middle) and two brand videos (bottom).

Result
The first recruiting video was launched, reaching organically almost 90,000 clicks. From this 10 qualitative applications were generated and finally 3 employees were hired.
